180g (6.3oz) – Dark Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
120g (4.2oz) – Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature & Cubed
2 – Egg Yolks, Room Temperature
2 – Whole Eggs, Room Temperature
70g (2.4oz) – Icing Sugar (Confectioners Sugar or Powdered Sugar)
35g (1.2oz) – Plain Flour (All Purpose)
1/2 tsp (2.5g) – Sea Salt Flakes

1 Tbsp (28g) – Unsalted Butter, Melted

Recipe Notes –
If using a muffin tray instead of ramekins you’ll be able to get 6 cakes instead of 4 (depending on the size of your muffin tray). When cooking the cakes in a muffin tray they will need to be cooked for 8 minutes as they will be smaller.
