Chocolate Yema Cake With Little Red Chef
Hello all lovelies! I hope you will like my new recipe…The oozing and amazing chocolate yema cake is here! How to make? Here’s what you’ll need:

For the CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (4g)
1 large egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup evap or fresh milk
1/2 cup boiling hot water

For the CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
1/2 cup salted butter (120g)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g)
1/2 cup heavy cream or all purpose cream (120g)
2 cups icing sugar (250g)

For YEMA FROSTING:
5 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
1/4 cup evap milk (50ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla (5g)
2 tablespoons butter (salted)
