Choconut Cake | Father’s Day Special Cake | Choco nut Cake Recipe | How to make Choco nut Cake | Cake Recipe | Classicraft Foods
Ingredients & Method :
11/4 th cup maida (all purpose flour)
4 tbsp cocoa pwd
3/4 th tsp baking pwd
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 th tsp salt
Sift
5 eggs
11/2 tsp vanilla essence
Add 1 cup sugar gradually
Whisk till fluffy
1/4 th cup oil
Whisk for few mins
Fold in flour and 5 tbsp milk alternatively
Transfer to 9 inch cake tin
Tap
Bake at 180 on center rack for 25 to 30 mins
Cool on wire rack
Cut into 3 parts
1 cup roasted cashews and almonds
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix
Melt 200 gms dark chocolate with 200 gms if fresh cream and 1 tbsp butter
Mix 1/2 tsp coffee pwd,1 tbsp sugar and 1 cup water
Whip 2 cups of fresh cream till soft peaks
Soak the cake with syrup
Whipped cream
Melted chocolate
Nuts
Cover with second part
Cover the sides
Same way cover the third part
Fresh cream
Cover with melted chocolate
Make it smooth with hot palatte knife
Cover the sides with nuts
Decorate and set in refrigerator
