How to make Conch Salad
2 lbs of Conch
1/2 red onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 lime
1/2 cup of White vinegar
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of season salt
Directions
Wash your Conch and set it to the side.
Cut away of the tough pieces of your Conch and discard.
Slice your Conch into thin pieces.
Dice your onion, bell pepper and cherry tomatoes.
Combine all ingredients. Add your vinegar and squeeze 1 lime over your ingredients. Stir and let chill for 30 minutes.
