To Season & Steam Turkey
2lbs – Turkey
1 – Spice Blend Cube
1/2 – Medium Onion Chopped
All Purpose Seasoning or Seasoning of Choice – tt
Salt – tt
oil – For Frying
For Rice
2tbsp – Coconut Oil or Oil of Choice
1/2 -Medium Onion Chopped
1tsp – Cayenne Pepper or tt
1tbsp – Shrimp Powder (optional)
1-2tbsp – Tomato Paste
All Purpose Seasoning or Seasoning of Choice – tt
5cups – Rice we used Jasmine Rice
Turkey Stock
Water – Just Above the level of rice more for softer results
Salt – tt

1/2 – Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper
1cup – Diced Carrots
1 – Small Red Onion
3 – Spring Onions
