INGREDIENTS:
2 egg white
Beat for 1 min
Sugar 1/4 cup (add gradually)
Beat until stiff peaks
Keep aside
2 egg yolk
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Add egg foam gradually
Mix slowly
6 inch greased pan
Hot water
Bake in a preheated oven at 150c for 50-60 mins
Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
