One of my favorite childhood snacks! Soft, sweet, and delicious buns that come in two, with cream in the middle. Where we used to fight for the side that has more cream. When I was making this recipe all those childhood memories ran through my mind. I want this recipe to be perfect as I could make it! So you can make it with your own beautiful memory 😊❤️

INGREDIENTS:
For the Dough
-236ml/g (1 cup) milk, room temperature
-5g (one pack)Active dry yeast
-430g (3 1/2 cups+1 tbsp) All-purpose flour
-3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
-100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
-1 whole egg (60g), room temperature
-42g (3 tbsp) butter, room temperature soften

Wash
-One egg, beaten, room temperature to wash before baking
-40g (3 tbsp) butter, melted to wash after baking

Icing
-40g Butter, room temperature soften
-80g (2/3 cup) Icing sugar, Confectioners sugar

BAKE:
Preheat oven to 350F (180C) degrees for about 20 minutes. Bake the buns for 15-18 minutes until the tops turn golden brown
