2 Tbsp – Sun-Dried Tomato Oil (The oil that the tomatoes are soaked in)
750g (1.6lb) – Boneless Chicken Thigh
1 – Small Brown Onion, Diced
4 – Garlic Cloves, Minced or Paste
1/2 Cup (120ml) – White Wine (Can be substituted for chicken or vegetable stock. Links to these recipes down below)
3/4 Cup (180ml) – Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/2 Cup (100g) – Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp (30g) – Dijon Mustard (Optional)
1/2 Cup (15g) – Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
200ml – Thickened Cream (Whipping Cream)
1 Cup (15g) – Fresh Basil Leaves
