1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups chicken stock
2 tsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Salt and white pepper
2 slices Sour Dough French bread
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp mayo
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices American cheese
