Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts
1 1/2Cups of bread crumbs
1 Cup of flour (all purpose)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of milk
3-4 garlic cloves (Chopped)
Curry leaves ( chopped or sliced)
Pepper
Cajun spices
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Pan to fry..
I am using curry leaves in this recipe, you can switch curry leaves with any other herbs like rosemary, cilantro or as preferred..
