Seasoning to taste
Fried Sweet Potato Fries –
2 – Large Sweet Potatoes
4 tsp (10g) – Cornstarch
2 Tbsp (30ml) – Water
1 Tbsp – Sea Salt Flakes
2 Tbsp (30ml) – White Vinegar
1 Litre – Vegetable/Canola/Sunflower Oil (Enough to fill your pot halfway)
Seasoning to taste
