Mediterranean Pasta Salad is everything you know and love about a #greeksalad, but in pasta form — yes, please! It’s a wonderful #potluckrecipe for summer entertaining and is amazing as a make-ahead #lunch over lettuce!

Let’s start by talking about the pasta! My favorite pasta for #pastasalad is rotini! The twirly shape helps to trap the dressing and makes every bite all the more flavorful. Speaking of flavor — don’t forget to salt the pasta water! Cook the #rotini pasta according to package directions, drain it well, and add it to the bowl.

Next, we’re going to dress the pasta! Grab a Greek or Italian #vinaigrette and toss it in. If you want to give a store-bought dressing a homemade twist, consider squeezing over some lemon juice or adding in some fresh chopped herbs.

On to the rest of the ingredients: Grab some grape tomatoes, red onion, olives, cucumber, and chop it all into bite-sized pieces. Then, sprinkle crumbled Feta cheese over the top and finish it with a final drizzle of dressing, as well as a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Remember pasta salads are customizable and if there’s an ingredient you love that’s missing — add it in! If there’s one you don’t like, feel free to take it away.

Once everything is in the bowl, toss it all together and transfer it to the fridge to chill.
