Crystallised (Crystallized) Nuts are the greatest little snack. These little pops of flavour make for a perfect bar snack, party table filler or dessert topping. In this video, I run you through not only an amazing recipe but also the chemistry and science on how to achieve the crystallisation stage in sugar.

Makes 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients –

170g (6oz) – Pistachio Nuts (or any nut of your choice)
120ml (4floz) – Cold Water
170g (6oz) – Caster Sugar
