पहले दलिआ उबाल लीजिय। फिर एक प्याज़, एक टमाटर, थोड़े से उबले छोले, पुदीना, कला नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर, थोड़े से पीनट (मूंगफली), १ कप कच्चा पपीता ग्रांटेड,सब मिक्स कर द्जिये।
How to make salad vegetable?
Well, it is easy to make a vegetable salad recipe. My idea is to add a nutritional punch to all recipes. So I choose to include a range of ingredients in my Buddha Bowl. You have the freedom to add vegetables of your choice that can be enjoyed in salad form.
Grate all veggies. I have taken raw papaya this time. Even cucumber would taste yum here.
Slice onions and tomato.
Roast peanuts
Boil dalia or broken wheat in equal amount of water for 3-4 whistles. The idea is to ensure it has a bite and does not become mushy.
Let cool.
Keep boiled white or black chickpeas ready.
Mix all ingredients in a boil. Do not overmix. Else, it might spoil the texture of the dalia salad.
We want to make it look good as well so add peanuts for a bite.
A dash of lime juice will steal the show here, adding a flavor punch.
You may top the salad with small paneer pieces as well for yourself, especially for kids.
