INGREDIENTS:
-One pack of soy meat, any flavor
-Salt
-Hot water
-1 tbsp Cornflour
-1/2 tsp Baking soda
-3 1/2 tsp Roasted curry powder(good quality to get the darker color & taste)
-1 tsp Chili powder
-4 tbsp Coconut oil to fry
-3-4 Garlic cloves, sliced
-1/2 inch Ginger, chopped
-Curry leaves
-1-inch Cinnamon stick
-Few pandan leaves
-2-3 Green chilies, sliced
-1 1/2 tsp Chili flakes, can increase or decrease according to the spicy level
-2 tbsp Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
-3 tbsp of Tomato sauce (ketchup)
-4 tbsp of water
-Salt to taste
-One medium onion cut into quarters, peel the layers
-One banana pepper, sliced
-One Tomato
