Ingredients –
Makes 14 Cup
Chinese 5 Spice Powder –
10 – Star Anise
1 tsp – Whole Cloves
2 tsp – Whole Fennel Seeds
2 tsp – Szechuan Peppercorns
2 tsp – Ground Cinnamon
This recipe makes more than you need but can be stored in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 3 months.
