Early May Garden at Deep South Texas
My early May raised bed garden in Deep South Texas is at its peak. Tomatoes and Peppers are getting ready to harvest. We have already been harvesting onions and green beans and just finished pulling up the last of the carrots. The squash, watermelons, and cantaloupe are looking healthy. Sweet corn and okra are also looking good. It is looking to be the most productive year I have ever had.
