Garlic bread 🥖🧈🧄🤍
Easy and delicious.
2people:
3-4 pcs of small ciabatta (or any bread you like)
cca 120-150g butter (soften)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
full hand of parmigiano/ or grana padano (grated)
full hand of parsley + chives (chopped)
salt / (or you can use salted butter)

1. Mix the soften butter (not melted), with garlic, parsley, parmigiano, and salt.
2. Cut the ciabatta in half, spred the butter mixture on the inside part of the ciabatta.
3. Put into pre-heated oven and bake on 200C cca 5-10 min, depends how crispy you want i.
