Easy Air Fryer Donuts
Ingredients
– 280 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp flour) All purpose flour
– 40 g (3 tbsp) Sugar
– ½ tsp Salt
– ¼ tsp Nutmeg
– 1 Egg
– 120 g (½ cup) Whole milk
– 40 g (⅓ stick) Melted butter
– 7 g (1 packet) Dried yeast
For the glaze for donuts:
– 250 g (2 cups) Powdered sugar
– 75 g (⅔ stick) Butter
– 3 or 4 tbsp Milk, depending how thin you like your glaze
– 1 tsp Vanilla extract
