oil – 1 tblsp
whole cumin – 1/4 tsp
chopped onion – 2 tblsp
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
chili powder – 1/4 tsp
coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
chat masala – 1/4 tsp
salt – 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves – 1 tblsp
oil for deep fry
