🇬🇧RECIPE:
-4 little baguettes / or bread of your choice
-2 garlic heads
-aprox 4 spoons of olive oil
-salt
-herbs: rosemary, oregano, basil
-mozzarella
-chili flakes
Instructions:
1.cut the garlic’s top off
2.put into baking tray, and pour olive oil inside the garlic
3.sprinkle salt (and seasoning of your choice) all over the top
4.bake at preheated oven- 180C/ 370F, cca 45min
5.toast your bread
6.take the garlic out of the skin, spread it over the bread, add some mozzarella pieces, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with flakey salt and chili flakes, add fresh oregano and basil.
