Warm water – 2/3 cups
Hot boiling water – 1/3 cup
Yeast – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoons

hot water: 83 g
warm water : 166 g
Yeast: 6 to 7 g,
Sugar: 12 g,
Salt: 2 g
oil: 28 g
