Chili flakes – 1/2 tblsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger juice – 1 tsp
Fried onion – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 tblsp
Tasting salt – 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Beaten egg with salt and pepper
Milk – 1.5 tblsp
Oil for frying
