EASY PLANT BASED VEGAN RECIPES / Mexican Haba soup
Try this Easy Plant Based Haba Soup. It was shared with much love from my lovely mother in law!

Haba Soup
Ingredients:
Haba (Faba) Beans
1-2 Tomatoes (We ended up using just 1)
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 an Onion
Bunch of Cilantro
1/2 Tbsp of Better than Bouillon
Garlic Salt to taste
Salt (Optional)
1/2 Cup Water

Directions:
1. Start by preparing your beans the day prior and boil for 45-50 minutes.
2. The following day start by reheating your precooked beans
3. Dice up Garlic, Tomatoes & Onion
4. Add Garlic and Onion to pot with oil or water
5. Once lightly browned, add diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes
6. Pour in your cooked habas
7. Add in 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil (7-10 minutes)
8. Chop Cilantro
9. Once pot has boiled add Garlic Salt, Better than Bouillon
10. Continue boiling for about 5 minutes and cover
11. Throw in your cilantro but reserve some for your topping
12. Serve!
