egg paratha, anda parantha is a healthy and quick Indian meal idea for breakfast or lunch. egg parantha is a filling lunch box idea for kids.
Ingredients
whole wheat flour/atta: 1 1/2 cups
3 free range eggs
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 onion, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
a handful of chopped coriander leaves
3/4 tsp desi ghee (for each paratha)
