INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CAKE–
1 3/4 Cups (220g) All purpose Flour
2 Cups (400g) Sugar
3/4 Cup (75g) Dark Cocoa Powder (you also can use regular cocoa powder instead of dark)
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsps Vanilla essence
3/4 (178ml) Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup (236ml) milk (regular milk/whole milk/Full fat milk)
1 Cup (236ml) Coffee (Regular black coffee)
1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
CHOCOLATE FROSTING–
**These ingredients are enough only for one coat of icing, for a crumb coat. If you want another layer, double these ingredients
1/2 Cup (113g) Butter (Room temperature soften)
2 3/4 Cups (300g) Confectioners/Icing Sugar
3 Tbsp (23g) Regular Cocoa Powder
3 Tsp Milk (or as needed)
8 Inch two baking pans, lined and greased.
