1 Tbsp Baking Powder (14g) [You can use 1/2 Tbsp if you experienced a bitter taste with your BP before]
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
3/4 C. Granulated Sugar (150g)
1 C. Buttermilk (250ml)
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil (125ml)
