Ingredients –
2 3/4 Cups – White Long Grain Rice, Cooked and Dried
3 – Cloves of Garlic
1 – Small Brown Onion, Finely Diced
2 – Small Carrots, Peeled, Diced
3 – Spring Onions (Scallions), Thinly Sliced
3 Rashers (100g) – Bacon, Medium Diced
1/2 Cup – Frozen Corn
1/2 Cup – Frozen Peas
3 Free Range Eggs – Beaten
2 Tbsp – Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp – Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp – Dark or Light Soy Sauce (If Gluten Free, Make Sure It’s Gluten Friendly)
1 1/2 Tbs – Sake ** (Substitute for 1 Tbsp of vegetable stock)
1 tsp – Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp – White Pepper
