Fruit Trifle
How to make a fruit trifle..

Ingredients:
Angel cake box, bake the cake according to directions on the box

Two cups of diced mango
Two cups of diced strawberries
One cup of sugar
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Chocolate to garnish

How to make:
First bake the cake according to the instructions in the box..
Let it completely cool before cutting
Then cut in to inch size pieces

To make the fruit puree,
Add one cup of diced mango to a saucepan with half a cup of sugar and cook in medium heat it mango starts dissolving..add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract..If you cut the pieces thinner the better..Leave mango pieces in the puree.

Do the same for strawberries, add one cup of strawberry with a half cup of sugar and cook in medium heat..Add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract..it is ok to use the same pan but make sure you cook the mango first so it won’t stain with strawberry color..

Layer the cake pieces on the bottom of the dish then add other cup of strawberries. On top of that add the strawberry puree..

Add another layer of cake and add mango, add the mango puree and let it sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, till it sets..

Top it off with cool whip/heavy whip cream and garnish with some chocolate…

Let it sit in the fridge for couple hours and enjoy…
