Garlic steak bites recipe
Marinated garlic steak tips and fingerling potatoes, garlic herb made a big difference on the flavor. I suggest you give them a try.

Marinade
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp garlic herb seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chipotle sauce I used @bendsauce
Combine and marinade steak for 45 min. Cook on same pan, add steak and a bit of corn starch to help it brown. Cook for about 15 min.

Potatoes seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Add oil and seasoning
Cook potatoes about 5 min per side on 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil, cook on med high heat.
