Enough water to cook until tender
To Make Pepper Sauce
2 – Tomatoes
1 – Medium Onion
2 – Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Peppers
1 – Large Red Bell Pepper
2 – Garlic Cloves
Ginger – About two thumb sizes
1tbsp – Shrimp Powder
Chicken Seasoning – tt
Salt – tt
Cumin – tt
Thyme – tt
Add Stock from cooking Gizzards if you have any ๐
Palm oil
Vegetable oil for Sauce and for frying Gizzards and Plantains
For Garnishing
Bell Peppers
Red Onions
