Gnanakatha- Sri Lankan traditional cookies
How to make quick & easy Gnanakatha:
Ingredients,
One cup of all purpose flour
One & quarter cup of icing sugar
11/2 teaspoons of baking powder
11/2 teaspoons of vanilla extracts
6 tablespoons of melted butter
Sugar to sprinkle (I did not use in this video)
