Goldilocks Classic Polvoron
A polvorón is a type of heavy, soft, and very crumbly shortbread made of flour, sugar, milk, and sometimes with nuts. Goldilocks has made it’s mark on Polvoron cookie anywhere in the world especially for pasalubongs. Here’s my take on the famous buttery and milky sweet polvoron.
3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups full cream powdered milk
1 and 1/2 cup sugar (typo error in the video)
1 cup salted butter
