Ingredients:
1-2 tsp wood pressed oil, 1 tsp jeera, 1 cup boiled chana, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp amchur (dry mango powder), 1 carrot, 1 guava, 1 cucumber, 1/4 tsp pink salt, a fat pinch of sea salt, a handful of walnuts or any nut of your choice, coriander leaves.
Note: I boiled the chickpea with salt hence i did not add any extra…add salt as per your taste.
This salad serves two.
