Methi Ragi Roti:
1 cup methi leaves, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2-3 sprigs curry leaves, 1 green chilli, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1 cup ragi, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/3 cup water.
Cauliflower Sabzi:
2 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 onion, 1 green chilli, 1/4 inch ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, pink salt as needed, curry leaves.
Green Moong dal curry:
1/3 cup moong dal, soaked and cooked with salt, 1 tbsp ground nut oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1/3 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp garam masala, curry leaves
