Homemade Crusty Dinner Rolls
Today at Deep South Texas I am making crusty dinner rolls. This is an easy recipe and I have included the ingredients in both cups and grams below.
You can’t beat the taste, texture, and aroma of homemade bread. Give it a try.

Crusty Dinner Rolls
2 1/2 Cups (370 Gm) Bread Flour
2 tsp (8 Gm) Instant Yeast
1 1/2 tsp (10 Gm) Salt
2 Tablespoons (16 Gm) Oil, Omit for extra crusty
1 cup + 1 Tablespoon (250 Gm) room temp water

Bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes
