Homemade Moist Chocolate Cupcakes
The homemade cupcakes are made from scratch, they are so moist, and taste delicious! Filled with chocolate ganache and topped with my smooth chocolate buttercream recipe, super chocolatey!

Recipe: (Makes 12 cupcakes)
1 Cup All purpose flour (120g)
3/4 Cup Granulated sugar (170g)
1/4 cup Cocoa powder (25g)
1 tsp Baking soda
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Buttermilk (120ml) (Link to make at home:
1/3 Cup Vegetable oil (80ml)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup room temperature Coffee (60ml)

Chocolate Buttercream Recipe: M
Chocolate Ganache for the filling:
– 1 part semisweet chocolate
– 1 part heavy cream
In the microwave for 1-2 minutes (30 seconds intervals, stir between each interval)
