Hello my beautiful family, Welcome Back in todays video i will be showing you on how to make a yummy and delicious homemade pumpkin roll. Perfect for the holidays! Hope you guys enjoy 🙂

IMPORTANT TIPS:

~PUMPKIN ROLL WITH NO CRACKS: the key is to roll it almost immediately when it comes out of the oven, the heat and moisture from it coming right out of the oven will prevent it from cracking.
~CREAM CHEESE: it should be room temperature so it mixes smoothly.
~BUTTER: it needs to be unsalted and also at room temperature
~POWDERED SUGAR: for both the sweetness and consistency, don’t substitute this sugar with anything else.
~PUMPKIN PUREE: NOT Pumpkin Pie filling!

~Bake at 375F for 13-15minutes
~Parchment Paper
~Clean Kitchen Towel
~10 by 15 baking pan
~1/4 cup powered sugar (sifted on kitchen towel)
~ Plastic Wrap

~Dry Ingredients
3/4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg ground

~Wet Ingredients
3 large eggs, (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup pumpkin puree (room temperature)

~ Cream cheese filling
1 cup powered sugar (sifted)
1 package 8oz cream cheese (room temperature)
6 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla extract

~ Wrap in plastic 1HR to set
~Add little dusting of powered sugar once done
