Ingredients:
Apple Pie Crust:
2 ½ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup sugar
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 tbsp vodka
5 tbsp cold water
(put in refrigerator for 30 min)

Apple Filling:
3lb Granny Smith Apples (5-6 apples)
½ stick butter (1/4 cup)
3 cloves
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch

Crumble:
¾ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup melted butter

Egg Wash:
1 egg
2 tbsp water

Cooking time:
1. 400F oven – 20 min
2. 350F oven – 25 min
3. Remove foil and bake for 20 min at 350F
