INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs of sirloin tip steak ( thinly sliced beef)
4 tomatoes
3 serrano peppers
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/4 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of black pepper
salt ( to taste)
1/2 tbsp of beef bouillon
1 tbsp of oil
1/2 cup of water (or beef broth)
