INGREDIENTS: (Makes 40 buñuelos With A 4 inch Mold)
Oil (To Fry) best vegetable oil or canola oil
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
Wet Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 tbsp of unsalted butter (melted)
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
2 eggs
For Coating Buñuelos:
1 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
1 cup of sugar
