2 carrots
white onion
3 potatoes
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/8 tsp of tomillo (thyme)
2 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves
chicken broth
1/3 cup of jalapeño juice
chicken ( legs & thighs)
salt & pepper for the chicken
