6 cardamom seeds
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp garam masala
1 pureed onion
1.5 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
Remaining garlic ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Kashmiri
¼ cup water
28 oz San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes
Salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp amchur
1cup heavy cream
1/2cup chopped cilantro
