INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces of chicken (of choice)
salt (to sear)

TO COOK CACTUS:
4 Cactus (diced)
bunch of cilantro
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
pinch of salt

ADOBO SAUCE:
3 Roma tomatos
1/4 onion
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of oregano
2 garlic cloves
4 chile guajillo
1 chili pasilla
1 chili puya
1 tbsp of chicken bouillon
~1 bay leave (to simmer)
