HOW TO MAKE CHILES RELLENOS IN RED SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
7 Chiles poblanos
1/2 lbs of Queso Chihuahua (or to liking)
1/2 – 1 cup of flour
8 eggs
oil (as much needed)
~SAUCE:
6 tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp of ground cumin
1/4 tsp of oregano
1 tbsp of chicken bouillon (or to liking)
