How to Make Classic Dinner Rolls at Home

My dinner rolls came out butter, fluffy and beautiful. I topped my best dinner rolls with sesame seeds, sea salt and herb de Provence, but you can top yours with any topping of your choice.
I like to eat my bread rolls with butter, you can serve your dinner rolls with any meal.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup warm milk (110F)
¼ cup sugar
1 pack active dry yeast (7g)
4 tbsp melted butter
4 cups all-purpose flour (for dough)
1 cup flour (extra to flour the surface and add to the dough if too sticky)
½ tbsp salt
2 eggs (1 – for dough, 1 – to brush ready dinner rolls)
½ tbsp sesame seeds
½ tbsp sea salt
½ tbsp herb de Provence
