How To Make Coleslaw Easy Recipe
How to make a really easy and delicious Coleslaw. This recipe tastes so fresh and is different to any other Coleslaw. Follow my steps and recipe and you will yield a fantastic side dish for family/Friend barbeques and gatherings or just for your home cooked lunch and dinners. This recipe does contain nuts but can easily be substituted or even left out.

Ingredients –
350g – White Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
250g – Red Cabbage, Thinly Chopped
15g – Flat Leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped
12 – Spanish Onion, Thinly Sliced
4 – Spring Onions (Scallions) Thinly Sliced
40g – Macadamia Nuts, Roughly Chopped
Dressing Ingredients –
23 Cup – Plain Greek Yoghurt
60ml – Fresh Lemon Juice
13 Cup – Macadamia Oil, can be substituted for Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp – Honey
Seasoning to taste
Lasts 5 days in the fridge
