Ingredients –
3 Bunches – Flat Leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped
55g – Bulgar Wheat
100ml – Water
12 tsp – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12g – Mint, Finely Chopped
3 – Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
3 – Tomatoes, Finely Diced
1 tsp – Cracked Black Pepper
For the dressing –
60ml – Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
12 tsp – Paprika (Optional)
2 tsp – Sea Salt
60ml – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lasts 5 days in the fridge
