🔴READ BEFORE YOU MAKE IT🔴
-If you don’t have a wire rack its okay to lay the chicken top of the foil
-Pat dry chicken well before you bake, you have the option to deep fry too if you don’t have an oven.
-Adding Baking powder make the chicken crispier & gives a nice golden brown color to it.
-Turn chicken half way through the baking process to give them a even golden color & crisp all around
-You can double the amount of ingredients for sauces as needed if you are increasing the chicken quantity
-Longer you simmer the sauce thicker it will get, keep stirring to avoid separating the sauce
-Have chicken & the sauce warm when you combine them together
-700g (14-16 pieces) Organic Chicken, Bone in, Skin on Chicken wings & drumsticks
-2 tsp Baking powder, (Baking powder makes the chicken crispier & gives a nice golden brown)
-1 tsp Paprika
-1/2 tsp Black ground pepper
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/4 cup Hot sauce, I am using a regular hot sauce here
-1/4 cup Ranch dressing
-1 tbsp Butter
-1/4 cup Ketchup, I am using regular Heinz brand
-2 tbsp Dark brown sugar
-1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, Check the link below for the sauce
-1 tsp Paprika
-1 tsp Chili powder
Preheat oven to 400F (200-205C) degrees. If you don’t have a preheat option preheat for at least for 20 minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes in total, half way through the bake take the tray out & flip all the chicken pieces & bake for another 20 minutes.
