How to make Croissants? ( Laminating the dough and shaping Croissants)
In this video you will see how to laminate the dough ( the process of folding butter into dough multiple times )
and how to shape the croissant,
the important thing is to do this process in a cool environment that way it is easier to handle the dough that has high butter content.
Oven Temperature and baking instruction:
Pre-heat oven to 425 f and when croissants are ready to go into the oven adjust the temperature to 400 and bake for 12 minutes turn croissants once ( to ensure even browning) and bake for additional 8 minutes in the last minutes if you see that your croissants are browning too much adjust the oven temperature accordingly , every oven is different so keep an eye on your croissants.
